The three stages of HGC Diet in brief

  • The Maintenance stage — 3 weeks of a sugar/starch-free diet.

  • Melba toast

Dinner:

Saturday

Lunch:


  • Veal (a maximum of 100 grams)

Dinner:


  • White Fish (a maximum of 100 grams)
